Hello and welcome to Sarah Dempster Nutrition & Fitness!  I’m a qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer specialising in sports nutrition, weight management and writing about all aspects of health and fitness.

My aim is to provide high quality, tailored programmes and realistic advice that fits people’s lifestyles. While most of us know a fair bit about healthy eating, it can sometimes be difficult to put into practice. And the amount of conflicting information out there about what to eat can be overwhelming. My advice is based on up-to-date scientific evidence. I translate the latest research into advice that’s realistic, straightforward and easy to follow.  More often than not, that includes exploring some of the things that lead to less healthy choices.
